no sane person would say a cop has the right to execute someone even if they did sucker punch them or punch them during a scuffle.

Brown wasn't executed ho boy. By several accounts he was coming back to finish what he started. If true, Wilson had every right to defend himself.

Why defend the criminal? He was high on crime and thought he can get away with anything, even attacking an armed cop.
