The writer actually answers his own question, of course after making a litany of excuses why.


Last year, only 6% of eligible black voters showed up at the polls for the municipal elections, compared to 17% of white voters. Turnout overall was anemic for that election, with only 11.7% of eligible voters casting ballots.

Blacks voted for Obama at 96% of all blacks voting, few voted for the white guy and is unprecedented in our history.    Of course the vote was racist based on the race of the candidate.   Had 96% of whites voted for the white guy instead of Obama it would be a racist vote by whites.   Didn't happened did it?
