It certainly seems that allllllllll the related video of her arrest and incarceration are easily obtained...a public official no less.

I would not think a veto is illegal, unless it was done in retaliation or personal vendetta.  Proving that will be difficult.  Any public official who acts w/ such impunity needs to be removed from office.  She smeared her position and spit on the people of Texas.  But perhaps Governor Perry should have not punished the agency but found a way to force her out of office.
