Some groups from the left or some black leaders or whoever has an agenda to perpetuate, is paying blacks in the area and out of towners to participate and incite or inflame the situation in order to justify the riot gear clad police and fan the fires of this racist mess.

I saw a black kid tape a youtube video claiming this as fact.
