Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

More than $600 million in military weapons and equipment destined for use in Afghanistan are missing in action. According to a recent and alarming report issued by the United States Department of Defense, more than 740,000 items of weaponry given to the Afghan National Security Forces cannot be located. This means that thousands of assault rifles, machine guns, pistols, shotguns, and even grenade launchers are unaccounted for in the nation infamously known as the Graveyard Empire.
The agency in charge of putting together the troubling report is the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR). The news arrives at a time when confidence in the National Army of Afghanistan and its police forces is particularly low. Afghanistan is a nation besieged by insurgency and tribal warfare; the concern over weapons ending up in the hands of rogue factions such as the Taliban is ever-present.
It is important to remember, however, that SIGAR auditors have found major discrepancies in the systems used by the U.S. to track the shipping and delivery of these weapons. One of the systems used in this regard is the Operational Verification of Reliable Logistics Oversight Database, also known as OVERLORD.
An amazing 43 percent of the weapons and equipment tracked by the OVERLORD database are either missing or believed to be duplicates. This does not mean that the weapons were lost or stolen in Afghanistan; in fact, on-the-ground investigators believe that the large majority of these weapons are in the right hands, it’s just that the U.S. has poorly managed the tracking system.
