One reason why Obama violates the Constitution and separation of powers is because he never understood American government and Executive branch limitations.   We are not a third world monarchy.

But silly ass Jackson lee says he has the authority, just like she said Bush did, that's why she co sponsored a bill of impeachment for George W Bush.
 
Her office got a phone call this morning, to remind her of her memory loss, her staff member told me if I had a complaint about what she said to take it up with my own Rep.
 
My reply to him was no it should be addressed to the democrat that suffers from memory loss, then lies and claims what Obama is doing is right when she said it wasn't right when Bush done it, That's like stepping in your own waste and then wondering were the smell is coming from when it can be traced right to you!
