it's August

almost and the weather is feeling wintery around here...and I always thought August here was the hottest month to deal with... I know September is winter here...at least the beginning after Labor day...

just so you know... I went out and got one of those pocket hoses.... 50 ft... see how long it takes me to return it...keeping the receipt in my computer drawer...mark your calendar... and you know I'm not using it cause of the water cost here right?    So... let's see...starting now....lol

did a weed and feed cause it's raining and will until Thursday... so it's good to let the grains soak into the ground...roses only showed here for a moment... missed them... really did...August should let them shine again... but mulch is the key and I know someone is unloading truck loads for free....somewhere... I think someone on Craigslist is delivering free... ok... I'll buy...

also picked up a  lamp for the computer...  now I can see the keys... like it's gonna help....lol well it will a little...lol
