Funny how the numbers line up.
CNN did a poll on
ObamaCare
 and grudging admitted that
 
only 18% of the public say they or their families are better off now that the major provisions of the health care law have been implemented.
 
That is a bit below 23% — the proportion of Americans who regard themselves as liberals, even during an era conspicuous for liberal dominance politically and culturally:

About midway between the numbers,
 
Nearly one in five adult Americans has experienced mental illness in the past year, according to a new government survey, with women, the unemployed, and young adults more likely than others to be affected.
 
That data is from 2010, when the percentage of liberals was also 20% (several years of open borders may account for the rise to 23%).
The overlap between these three groups is likely to be considerable. We are ruled by a small, delusional minority with mental problems.
