Six Months for Bashing Whitey’s Head In

No wonder the Knockout Game (a.k.a. Polar Bear Hunting, since the victims are white) is such a popular sport where “diversity” prevails. On the rare occasions the perpetrators of black on white racial violence are apprehended, the punishment is often a wrist slap:

A prosecutor strongly opposed a judge’s decision Thursday to give a lighter sentence to another participant in the severe beating of Steve Utash, 54.
Latrez Cummings, 19, misled the judge about his school
enrollment
status, is reported to be a foot soldier for a gang, and claimed a back injury kept him out of work before he violently attacked Utash, said Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Lisa Lindsey.
“There is nothing in this report (that is) favorable to this young man,” Lindsey said of an assessment for sentencing guidelines, adding that nothing indicates he should get leniency.

On the contrary: he’s black, his victim is white, and the incident happened in Detroit. Consequently Lindsey is lucky the judge gave Latrinez even a token 6 month sentence. Thanks to jury

, the unwillingness of witnesses to step forward, and the apathy of the police, many such incidents result in no punishment at all.
As detailed previously, Utash
was beaten
by a black mob after a traffic accident in which he was not at all at fault. He suffered severe head injuries that will evidently leave him permanently impaired.

[Third Judicial Circuit Judge James] Callahan said Cummings’ sentence was appropriate. At one point, he asked Cummings about his father, and the teen replied that he doesn’t know him.
“That’s what you have needed in your life is a father,” Callahan said…
“We’ve all been 19 years
of age
,” Callahan said in response to Lindsey’s objections.

Being a fatherless product of welfare-driven societal decay and being 19 years old apparently justify bashing in people’s heads, provided that you meet other demographic requirements.

Cummings was sentenced under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, meaning he may eventually get the felony assault wiped from his
permanent
record.

Another thug who participated in the beating was given a whole year in jail. Based on sentencing guidelines, he should have gotten somewhere between 19 months and 3 years. The welfare state must have been his daddy too, placing him largely above
the law

Three lessons should be obvious: 1) stay out of Detroit, and 2) don’t let moonbats turn your city into Detroit, and 3) don’t let moonbats turn your country into Detroit.
