Opioid manufacturers fight pot legalization

 Pharmaceutical companies that manufacture opioid pain killers are the lobbyists who are pushing the federal government to keep marijuana classified as a Schedule-1 drug.  Prescription opiate-type drugs cannot compete with legalized, low cost marijuana.
