There is no right to vote.  Unlike a right, the individual must be qualified to vote in order to vote; for example, he must be a certain age, he must be a resident of the state he is registered to vote in, he must be a citizen of the US.  The requirements must be met or the privilege to vote is not granted legally.  The only protection granted by the Constitution is the protection against discrimination based on race and gender.

how do you not see the difference between a guaranteed RIGHT to vote and no right at all to buy stuff at a store on credit without using cash?  are you trying to be stupid?
 
What in the hell are you talking about?  I don't care what people buy.  What's with the strawman?  They need ID to apply for and receive Welfare or Social Security or Food Stamps.  ID is "Required" in order to ascertain through records they are eligible. GOT IT?   
They already have ID, Child.
