Ever since the automatic download of that crappy IE11 that I had to remove, I can no longer post youtube videos or hyperlinks w/out the "temporarily allow scripted windows" popup at the top of the screen.  Even though I looked in my security settings and it looks like I've got allowing scripting enabled, is there another type of setting that I have to enable to stop this nuisance?

Otherwise, I'll just google every single thing in there that mentions scripting to see if I can or should enable them...
