Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Walmart’s low-wage workers cost U.S. taxpayers an estimated $6.2 billion in public assistance including food stamps, Medicaid and subsidized housing, according to a report published to coincide with Tax Day, April 15.

Americans for Tax Fairness, a coalition of 400 national and state-level progressive groups, made this estimate using data from a 2013 study by Democratic Staff of the U.S. Committee on Education and the Workforce.

“The study estimated the cost to Wisconsin’s taxpayers of Walmart’s low wages and benefits, which often force workers to rely on various public assistance programs,” reads the report, available in full here.

“It found that a single Walmart Supercenter cost taxpayers between $904,542 and $1.75 million per year, or between $3,015 and $5,815 on average for each of 300 workers.”

Americans for Tax Fairness then took the mid-point of that range ($4,415) and multiplied it by Walmart’s approximately 1.4 million workers to come up with an estimate of the overall taxpayers’ bill for the Bentonville, Ark.-based big box giant’s staffers.

The report provides a state-by-state breakdown of these figures, as well as some context on the other side of the coin: Walmart’s huge share of the nationwide SNAP, or food stamp, market.

“Walmart told analysts last year that the company has captured 18 percent of the SNAP market,” it reads. “Using that figure, we estimate that the company accounted for $13.5 billion out of $76 billion in food stamp sales in 2013.”

Why would you want to take away their public assistance?  And if them why not all?  Who costs the taxpayers the most in public assistance?

And your solution is.....?

Yes, let's pay them all at least $20 an hour right?  Then the rest of us, who actually possess skills we bring to the workplace will get a raise too, right?  At what point does it become unsustainable...?

Start holding corporations accountable, by ensuring they pay their fair share of taxes, provide through private insurance and stop leeching off taxpayers, right?  Good luck w/ that...

For those receiving public welfare in the U.S., the demographics show that 39.8% are African-American which are 12% of the population, closely followed by Caucasians at 38.8% which are 73% of the population. Hispanics follow in third place with 15.7%. There are 46,700,000 who receive food stamps in the U.S.

Paying someone $50,000 a year to run a cash register sort of defeats the purpose of "moving on up", doesn't it?   What do we do with so many unqualified Americans besides import skilled labor?

I still don't see where Wal-Mart is responsible for these people being subsidized by other hard working Americans..

If they hadn't smoked so much dope in high school and had 3 kids and 2 abortions they may have had better jobs..

The rich are the backbone of the economy, they;re the ones who provide the low paying jobs for the uneducated and good paying jobs for the ones who got an education..

I/We as Americans do not owe anyone a living, get a haircut, get a bath and get a job, we're sick of your whining and lazy ass..

These people the liberals talk about always have cars, TVs, dope, cigarettes, alcohol and obumba phones, that's more than 95% of the world, so shut your ignorant whining lazy ass up you pathetic parasites
