b12 shots

something I take daily and I must say that it helps with arthritis...costly at 1.00 a shot but so worth it...also gives me energy... something I really need these day...a lot of good things comes from it's use...

just thought I'd pass it on... no way am I eating the correct foods that I need to be healthy... who can afford that? but if I can get it in a shot at zero calories.. I'm good to go...

it's in the same family as the energy drinks but my body is just sucking up the b12 and giving me a really good lift..daily and the wait is about 15 minutes... so it's in my daily from not on...til I die...

I had a VA doctor that would give it to me monthly and when I came to Hellsville...well they said I didn't need it... I'm going to my now newest doctor and see if she can save me the cost and give me a monthly shot... whether my blood test says I need it or not....I know what I need and it ain't those drugs that I was prescribed... I tell you....

Tramadol works only for a short period of 4 hours and afterwards you start hurting again... but B12 seems to last all day... so you just have to live and learn.....

I just dumped my Tramadol, luv.  My Doctor said I could try it for knee pain and it works no better than Advil!  It is supposed to be the mildest form of the opiate drugs but I wasn't too keen on taking it.  I don't have to take any kind of prescription drugs anyway and I just thought I could do with a stronger pain medication when I needed it.  The Tramadol was 50 mg and I was supposed to take it night and morning - 100 mg daily all told.  My left knee has hurt for more than 15 years now from an accident when I fell going downhill on a slippery slope.

When I read up about Tramadol on the internet I saw that if you took more than 400 mg in a day it could cause a stroke!
