At times I cant close the topic page I have to shut down and restart my computer in order to close the page, running win7 IE10!

This has happened several times.

So you are unable to simply close your web browser?  Which browser do you use?

I sometimes see the same thing.  The tab will show a rotating circle.  When that happens I just shut down my browser ( I too have IE10), not the computer.  After a few seconds I restart my browser, and everything is OK.  Unless this web site is shut down for some reason, then you'll get a message that says unable to connect.  I just remembered, may not be the case, but I have seen it happen.  If the thread you are in gets deleted while you are posting in it, it will lock you up.  Do the same thing, just shut down your browser, then restart it...
