As usual Caserio is flogging a dead horse with his boring, trite little snipes.  However, he doesn't understand what licensed to carry a weapon means.  It certainly doesn't mean that all these gun owners are walking around hoping to kill someone.  It does mean that they are more able to defend themselves - which in Caserio's mind is wrong because he would like the whole nation to be unarmed and defenseless.   I have no problem with people not wanting to possess a gun, especially the likes of those on this Board who tremble with fright at the word 'gun'.
