First results:
 
Hound Group:

The dogs brought out specially are the Basset, 13-inch Beagle, Bloodhound, Wire-haired Dachshund, Greyhound, Norwegian Elkhound, the Irish Wolfhound and the Whippet, with the Top 4 the Bloodhound, Whippet, Basset and the Irish Wolfhound. That means Nathan the Bloodhound (above) goes on to Best in Show Tuesday night (Feb. 11).

Toy Group:

The dogs are the Affenpinscher, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, English Toy Spaniel, Miniature Pinscher, Pekingese, Pomeranian, Pug and Shih Tzu. The Top 4 are named as the Miniature Pinscher, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Pomeranian and Pekingese, which means Classy the "Min Pin" is heading to Best in Show. Classy is the top-winning "Min Pin" in the history of the breed.

Non-Sporting Group:

The dogs brought down for the non-sporting dogs are the Bichon Frise, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalamatian, French Bulldog, Miniature Poodle, Standard Poodle, Shiba Inu and Tibetan Spaniel. The Top 4 are the Standard Poodle, Tibetan Spaniel, Miniature Poodle and Dalmatian, with Ali the Standard Poodle winning Best in Group. This is Ali's retirement show, as she has over 100 Best in Shows under her belt.

Herding Group:

The dogs singled out from the herding group are the Border Collie,
Bouvier des Flandres, Canaan, Cardigan Welsh Corgi, German Shepherd, Old English Sheepdog,
Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Puli and Pyrenean Shepherd, with the Top 4 being the Cardigan, Puli, German Shepherd and Old English. The Best in Show-bound dog is named as Coco the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which is the first time the breed has been named to Best in Group at Westminster.

Tune in Tuesday, Feb. 11 starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT on USA for the final three groups (sporting, working and terrier) and the Best in Show final.

I'm sorry but the way that the white poodle is groomed does not appeal to me at all.

Sporting Group:

The dogs brought out for the sporting group include the Brittany Spaniel, Golden Retriever, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Clumber Spaniel, Black Cocker Spaniel, English Cocker Spaniel, English Springer Spaniel and Irish Water Spaniel. The judge declared the Top 4 to be the Irish Water Spaniel, Black Cocker Spaniel, Golden Retriever and English Springer Spaniel, with Riley the Irish Water Spaniel heading to Best in Show.

Working Group:

The judge brought down from this group the Akita, Boxer, Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Mastiff, Portuguese Water, Samoyed, Standard Schnauzer and Tibetan Mastiff. The Top 4 were named the Portuguese Water, Mastiff, Akita and Boxer, which means Matisse the Portuguese Water Dog is the Best in Show choice from this group.

Terrier Group:

The dogs brought out from the terrier group are the Border, Bull (colored), Cairn, Smooth-haired Fox, Wire-haired Fox, Norfolk, Jack Russell and Skye terriers. The Top 4 are named the Wire-haired Fox Terrier, Skye Terrier, Border Terrier and Jack Russell Terrier, with Sky the Wire-haired Fox Terrier going to Best in Show.

Best in Show:

The seven participants are Nathan the Bloodhound, Classy the Miniature Pinscher, Ally the Standard Poodle, Coco the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, Riley the Irish Water Spaniel, Matisse the Portuguese Water Dog and Sky the Wire-haired Fox Terrier.

After much examination, the BIS judge, Betty Regina Leininger, named Sky the Wire-haired Fox Terrier as Best in Show. Reserve Best in Show (the runner-up) went to Ally the Standard Poodle.

Sky has over 100 Best in Show wins under his belt (including the 2012 National Dog Show). This is the 46th Best in Show win for the terrier group, which is far and away the most Westminster BIS wins for any one group -- most than double the sporting group, which is in second place with 19 BIS wins.

 
And of course, USA is replaying it at 6:30 am...LOL  and we couldn't find it on On Demand...that sucks...
