ok... last night... went outside for a moment and first there was one rabbit... and now there's three...
 
meaning there could be a million soon, right... it's said that rabbits mulitply....
 
And you got it... headed towards my garden... what do I have that they want so bad...I think I will watch them tonight and see...
 
I have one of those flashlights that you can see things in the dark up close... one of a kind I got off of Ebay awhile back...
 
I'm thinking that it's the elephant weed leaf that has roots that are as long as carrots...wonder if that's it... I don't know...
 
All I know is there is an invasion... thank goodness they're not rats...

I just bought some things to dispose of a chipmunk...as cute as he is, he is now on the endangered list here.

Rabbits can be a problem.  Probably ferrel, former pet that has found a love interest...
 
can you trap them and take them to animal control?
 
Or, the alternative is to find bunny deterrents...

Doorbell just rung... didn't see anybody... but I did see a groundhog on the front porch... a baby one... must be hungry to get this close...what do I have here that keeps these animal surrounding this house...
 
Oh!  Wait... the house next door has pears and they could be looking to get the fallen fruit...
 
but it's not harvest time yet... gonna be interesting around here this fall... I must say...
 
Hey!  Sun... did they do a good job on the removal of that tree... did you save a little bit of it so you could make something out of it... like a clock after you worked on it a bit..

I'm in southern California at our daughter's at the moment and there are bunnies running everywhere at night.  She lives up close to the mountains in the hills and there must be hundreds of the little bobtails in the streets and gardens.   The coyotes come in at night and these bunnies are their supper!  I guess you call it 'the circle of life'.  I don't want to see that!   We hear the dogs barking at night - a good night's sleep sounds really good to me right now!
