Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

In the United States of America, a nation overwhelmingly Christian, literally any sign of Christmas in public can now lead to complaints, litigation, angry protests, threats, and bruised feelings. Every year the limitations get tighter and tighter and spread to more and more communities, far from the big liberal cities.

Secular liberals say they’re just protecting the constitutional rights of non-Christians who don’t want to see or hear about Christmas. But what about the constitutional rights of millions of Americans who simply want to celebrate their traditional holiday—without insulting anyone else but also without having to hide behind closed doors?

Many have unveiled the coordinated work of American Civil Liberties Union lawyers, professional atheists, and Christian haters who have taken the war on Christmas to your front door.

The War on Christmas is heating up, maybe in your own town. Don’t let it catch you unprepared.

Filled with family get-togethers, office parties, breaks from school, decorating the tree, and more, Christmas is a time of peace and love. So why has so much controversy clouded this sacred holiday? It has become ground zero in an ongoing culture war where Nativity scenes are nixed, Merry Christmas becomes Happy Holidays, and even the word “Christmas” is considered by some as offensive. Find the truth about Christmas and the Christian’s response to a culture that seems to be declaring war.

From IRS audits and unionized elves to gigantic reports on the environmental impact of stocking coal and reindeer farts, the government pulls no punches in its effort to bring Santa to his knees. Can a bumbling bureaucracy manage to sour even the jolliest of souls and ruin an entire holiday in the process?

Why is our concept of Christmas so important for those who don’t believe in Jesus?

We’re not talking about a metaphorical ‘war on religion’ in Europe and the United States, fought on symbolic terrain such as whether it’s okay to erect a nativity set on the courthouse steps, but a rising tide of legal oppression, social harassment and direct physical violence, with Christians as its leading victims.

Christians today indisputably form the most persecuted religious body on the planet, and too often its new martyrs suffer in silence.

This book looks to shatter that silence.

Geez, 142 posts on an insane rant.  Someone defending the concept of pagan origins of Christmas is really a fool.

duke_john,

You're confused again: I'm not "defending the concept of pagan origins of Christmas." I'm providing evidence that supports the historical fact of the pagan origins of the Christian holiday celebrated as Christmas. And I've noticed that neither you nor anyone else in this thread has provided evidence to refute that historical fact. All I've seen so far is exactly what you're doing now. You know, blah blah blah blah blah,... Your continued attempt to refute historical fact proves beyond doubt that you're a fucking idiot and a shit-for-brains moron. So go right ahead, duke_john and keep on showing us how stupid and ignorant you are. Keep on trying to refute these historical facts:

And, furthermore, your foolish ass has yet to refute this:

Stop blowing smoke out your ass and STFU, john.

sweetwater5s9,

Does the argument that the majority of  people in the US profess to be Christians empower them to violate the First Amendment right of the minority?

duke_john,

I've provided evidence to support the historical fact that the Christian holiday of Christmas has pagan origins and that, actuality, Christmas celebrations are a continuation of pagan celebration that were here held  long before the birth of Jesus and Christianity itself. Calling me "hawkshit"  and a "fool" does not refute that historical fact. Your ad hominems only show your frustration resulting from your illogical attempt to change historical facts. STFU, you bald-faced liar.

Why is our concept of Christmas so important for those who don’t believe in Jesus?

Because of the First Amendment

Secular liberals say they’re just protecting the constitutional rights of non-Christians who don’t want to see or hear about Christmas.

You're confused again, sweetwater5s9. The issue here is the First Amendment right of all people living in the US--whether or not  they hold religious beliefs --to be protected against the intolerance of religious zealots who believe their religion is superior to all other religions and, therefore, receive special preference.

Why is our concept of Christmas so important for those who don’t believe in Jesus?

We’re not talking about a metaphorical ‘war on religion’ in Europe and the United States, fought on symbolic terrain such as whether it’s okay to erect a nativity set on the courthouse steps, blah blah blah blah....

Speaking of Nativity displays on government property: "Are religious displays on government property an unspoken way of establishing religion? Do such displays simply allow people to express their religious beliefs or are they simply  set up for the sake of historical tradition? in recent times, the issue of religious displays on government  property has  been as controversial as the issue of school prayer.

In 1989, the Supreme Court heard County of Allegheny v. ACLU. The case concerned a nativity scene placed in that Pennsylvania County Courthouse and a second display of a menorah on public property. Justice Harry Blackman wrote, "The government's use of religious symbolism is unconstitutional if it has the effect of endorsing religious benefits."

The court disallowed the nativity scene since it s placement in the courthouse effectively endorsed religion; however, the court found placement  of the Menorah was acceptable since it was not located in an open area and was displayed along with other symbols of the winter holiday."

So what is pagans celebrated ____________ at the same time of year when Christmas is celebrated?

Does that mean I cannot celebrate my birthday because so many others have celebrated it before on the same day?

Good grief, you are a fool.

Good grief is right, duke_john. That was incredibly asinine post and a classic example of your shallow reasoning and defective logic.

The issue here isn't whether you can't celebrate your birthday because someone else shares the same birthday. The issue here is the pagan origin of celebration on the 25th day of December, a date that centuries later was conveniently chosen to be the birthday of Jesus, so as to carry on the pagan celebrations under the guise of the new religion called Christianity. You continue to deny the fact that Christmas began as a pagan observance. Evidently you realise that Jesus wasn't the only divinity "born" on the 25th of December.

As I said, shut the fuck up, pagan fool.

Your defense of a ridiculous premise proves you are a fool.
