Okay, snack time...

There are times when desperation sets in and food becomes the most important thing in your life...LOL
 
I needed to find something to feed the young one after school today, so I found a can of biscuit dough in the fridge (the grands kind with butter in the dough), some pizza quick sauce, mozzarella cheez and pepperonis...things that we already had in the fridge...
 
I rolled the dough biscuits out flat, plopped them on the baking sheet and added the sauce and toppings, the last couple I rolled out, buttered and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar...
 
Baked at 375 degrees...about 18 min...

now he has another snack for his arsenal...

speaking of snacks...I found soomething helathy to snack on at Costcoa.  It's called Soy Energy Blend by Ann's House.
0 sodium, 1 fat, 7 protien, 6 sugar (has dried cranberries in it and 1/4 cup is 150 calories. And it's so good.

mmmm, sounds good...does it have nuts in it?  I can't have nuts...

Yes it has almonds, pumpkin seeds, soybean kernels and cranberrries and seeds were roasted in peanut oil. It's so good now I have to buy one for hubby to take to work.

T, you can't have nuts, hmmmmm, you shouldn't feed your youngest that type of food it could be tantamount to child abuse.

Sunshine put a little sugar in your bird food and you would have the same thing.
