Ever felt rushed

Well let me tell you, it's stress....
 
Yesterday, I went out to get a thermocouple for the hot water heater cause the pilot light won't stay lit... so I went online and yes Youtoube has an example of how to do it... elementary for sure...and anyone with a screw driver can do it...so I picked up a screw driver and I have a million of them  but they had one at the Dollar Tree to die for... so I picked it up and took it home...now I can't find the darn thing...had it last night... but this morning...it disappeared and the stress is.... check this... I don't want to put the thermocouple on without it... and here it is 12:30 plus and I'm still looking for that cheapo screwdriver... that one...ok..
 
I'm stressing cause... it's hot and I want to take a nice shower so I can do my daily chores... but no... my mind is set on what I just told you...so I feel rushed...
 
After I take a deep breathe I'll go down in the basement and use one of the other screwdrivers I have but I'm going to feel real stupid if I find the cheapo afterwards...

You may have to get a professional to fix it. I had that problem and the thermo thing did not fix it. I ended up with a new heater after wasting time trying to fix it.

I think you're just in a funk luv...the whole screwdriver episode speaks to your need to cut loose and separate yourself from whatever it is that has drug you down...
 
Maybe what you do need is a little trip...
 
But I wish you luck and commend your fortitude in fixing your water heater yourself.  I have been trying to get my husband to change the TC on our water heater for a couple years but he is the world's worst procrastinator (learned from his dad, LOL)...so some days we have ultra hot showers, others, no hot water at all...

Your hot water heater, my air conditioner!  Had to have duel compacitors replaced late this afternoon.
