I've heard this! First thought on Dennis Prager then Hugh Hewitt. I looked up Prager's opening - a part of The Battle by Hans Zimmer, I think that's the name.

So almost positive then that this is played on Hewitt's radio show. 

Also on Hugh's I have been wondering for so long what is the name of musical score that's played just before the top of the hour, every hour most shows -- right before he say's "it's :55 after the hour, America".

(one of the reasons I might do "tweeting" if I ever get around to it and hopefully ask and get an answer. Because I've e-mailed Hugh Hewitt's show probably 3 or 4 times over the last decade asking what that song is at/just prior to ' :55 after the hour ' and have never gotten a response).
