    Blockbuster ratings for ‘The Bible’ confound Hollywood

Sure, it’s easy to criticize Hollywood, but try to remember that the entertainment industry today is an intellectually demanding environment, fraught with cognitively challenging, even intractable, questions, like, to take one recent example: How can the cable mini-series “The Bible” be such a ratings hit when there is no audience for overtly religious entertainment programming?

According to the latest Nielsens, released Tuesday, Sunday night’s telecast of “The Bible,” produced by husband-and-wife team Mark Burnett and Roma Downey for basic cable’s History channel, managed to attract more viewers than anything on broadcast network NBC … during the entire week.

The second installment of this five-part mini-series airing at 8-10 p.m. Sundays through Easter — the first foray into scripted drama for “Survivor” creator Burnett — drew 10.8 million viewers, good for number one in its timeslot and number 11 overall for the week.




Of all the books out there it's no surprise to those of us who know the godless vapid morals left.

If the Bibles explanation for evil is a myth,then why are the worlds richest people ,who have all the wealth and power,all the hidden science and technology,working so hard to make that myth a reality,right down to a unified world attack on Israel? And why do the worlds most powerful worship Satan as a god? There is the owl Moloch (demon)on your American dollar,a pagan god of the Rephaim ,who are the demonic bloodlines.

Why do those who control the monetary wealth of the world say to us,ANNUIT COEPTIS Jupiter/Zeus/Satan favours our undertakings. Even if you dont believe in the King of kings,and the Lord of lords,Jesus the Christ and Son of the one God,the worlds most powerful people believe in His enemy Satan and worship him.Every decision they make concerning the future of the world,our futures ,is derived from the belief that Satan is a god,it cant even be argued. Movies like eyes wide shut are based on truth.
