No, it looks more like the evil banking industry is causing them woes by looking for a way to get more money for nothing out of them. Whenever one of those bloodsuckers "downgrades" a government rating, all they are doing is stealing more money by charging more interest.

The bible bans interest, by the way. Interest is money for nothing, charging for the use of money, and the bible explicitly bans it. And it was illegal for a long time until first the jews and then the christians made up loopholes. For the jews, they said it only applied to lending to other jews. Christians came up with some bookkeeping bs to get around it. But true judeochristian values oppose interest.

Pennsylvania isn't really all that far behind...and it is because of the pension benefits given to state workers, municipal and other tax paid workers.

Yup and the neocoms in socialist republic liken us folks up in Wisconsin as rubes...even though we have a Republican Governor, Republican Legislature, Republican Senate, Surplus in the budget, fully funded State Employee Pension and a Football Team that beats the stinkn' Bears 19 out of their last 20 meeting.  Plus we have concealed carry and no gun registration of any kind. Madison and Milwaukee are prohibited by State law from enacting gun laws tougher than State law.  So fuck you FIP's
