I wonder if State of Michigan will have to re-examine or even re-try all the cases she was involved with while on the bench,if she is convicted of bank fraud.

Ilived in Michigan for awhile years ago.  At that time they were one of the most union friendly and liberal states in the union... Not much has changed....except the unions are on the ropes..as the jobs have disappeared and about 5 of the most dangerous cities in the country are located in Michigan.
 
It is a shame!

In the fifties ,sixties ,and seventies Michigan was the place to go to get a good job,things sure have changed,and it is sad.
