A cop in every shool is a wise thing to do,and everyshopping mall needs several cops,any store,or business that can afford to have a cop for security should have one.

Not possible or wise.  We have about half a million schools from k-college.  Do the math.  Oh, and many of these shootings had armed guards close by and not once have they kept anything from happening.  As for wise, how is it wise to solve the problem by saying rather than disarming criminals let's just have more people shooting back.  Should be some good infilading fire with that one.  Yeah Top, real smart move.

MANY SCHOOL DISTRICTS PARTICULARLY IN THE URBAN AREAS BUS CHILDREN TO SCHOOLS THAT ARE FAR AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS, SO THE MILLIONS SPENT ON BUSING COULD EASILY FUND A RETIRED COPS PART TIME SALARY!  WHY IS IT WE CAN AFFORD TO CAVE IN TO UNION DEMANDS EVERY TIME THE TEACHERS WANT A RAISE BUT WE CAN'T AFFORD SECURITY? AND WHY IS IT THAT MANY MANY COLLEGES HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE ARMED SECURITY FORCE BUT SCHOOLS FOR THE SMALLEST CHILDREN ARE LEFT UNSECURED?

If we didn't have over half a million schools to protect and if the armed guards could actually get the job done (so far they haven't, since more than a few of these killings had armed guard).  So how do you figure this will change anything, except for the hundreds of billions it would cost to do so?
