Fearing the very worst, the nation's super-rich are unloading their stocks at an alarming rate.

Even more troubling, the wealthiest 1% of Americans are the ones most anxious to sell. (The ones who typically know the most.)

Clearly, they're taking absolutely no chances with the looming Fiscal Cliff.

The bigger question is this…

Who's to Blame for the Fiscal Cliff Nightmare?
