What's keeping them from presenting the case.
Guy is in jail and the Army lost a doctor.

A peace officer of any kind that is withholding evidence he is committing a crime.


If it were bogus it wouldn't have won in court.

I'm not naive enough to believe that lawyers work for nothing.  They don't take frivolous case that they can't win.

Your comparing criminal cases with civil cases.  That is being consistent.
In one the lawyer only gets paid if the win.  In the other the lawyer gets paid no matter and the prosecutor gets reelected and a better job for convicting.
Courts and jury of both kind make mistakes, even when beyond a reasonable doubt is the standard.  In civil courts the standard is much lower.
That's that I am against capitol punishment.  You can release some one proven innocent and compensate him some.  You can't really give the years back.  You can't bring anyone back to life.

Mean while no court has ruled against Obama.  If there is all that much evidence floating around some one would have prevailed in a suit.

No evidence was presented as I said, and no discovery was sanctioned.  All cases have been dismissed on standing.
