(Sigh) The Repocon in the Kansas Legislature (sigh) are just toooooo tired (sigh)
to tackle school finance reform right now.  (sigh)  Just too difficult.  (sigh)
They would have to give up their vacation days.  (sigh)

Democrats are willing to get on it, but the Repocons in control aren't so willing.

Sigh.  Just another example of Repocons thinking they are entitled...

Better a well considered and debated solution than a rushed Obamacare style solution that creates more problems than it solves!

And the schools stay closed, so the parents have to stay home to take care of them,
they lose all those production hours, and they don't get paid, so the economy stalls.

How is THAT a good thing?
