If I were God I would look down upon the Earth and say WTF is the matter with these people. Don't they realize how short life is and how nothing really matters, it is all so temporary. Why aren't they spending their time enjoying themselves instead of fighting each other. I gave them all the tools to have fun with, they need to look around them. There are the beaches, the mountains, the valleys and the fertile fields. They can farm and hunt for their food, live under the star studded sky, have all the sex they want and yet they spend their time fighting. Do they really care who is a Jew and who is an Arab , or who is black and who is white. One day someone will tap them on their shoulder and say you're Dead. They will have just enough time to think how they have wasted their life before the lights go out forever.

We've been prosperous and successful for over 200 years, but Liberals and Democrats and "Progressives" feel we need to change
   things and move "forward".  Forward to what?  Forward from what?  If something works well for the majority of the people, why
   would we CHANGE it?
 
God gave us Free Will to do whatever we want, but it sure looks like we are squandering our opportunities.  We appear to be
   moving "forward" into the sinful ways of Gay Sex and abortion-for-birth-control and same-sexes trying to be "married".  We appear
   to be moving "forward" into the sinful ways of coveting our neighbors' goods by taking away the things from successful people
   gained throughtheir hard work and GIVING those things to lazy people that did NOTHING to earn them.
