We kept complaining about this to Verizon because we have always had all texting and data blocked...but every month there were $1.99 charges on two of our phones...and they kept telling me that it was our fault, we were accessing the web...it was not until last month when I called again and complained that one of the reps actually looked at my account fully and said, why yes, you've had blocking on the entire time...but she never said we would get a refund for all the overcharges...time for me to get out all the old bills and make sure we get it... Corporations ripping people off...maybe I only get $15-$20 (yes lyst this has been going on much long than a couple of months)...you multiple that $6 by how many millions of people 15 million?
Again, it's the principle of the thing. I may be but a drop in the ocean, but if all those other people who got ripped off the same way were to rethink this carrier? who knows, Verizon might need an Obama bailout...
