In our rural area of small towns people find stones or rocks, then paint them and hide them. When our grandkids were here they found one in a grassy area in the park and were so excited. It's a keepsake for them or they can hide it in a different location for someone else to find. They haven't decided yet and it's living on my desk at the moment.
