Title: Oh my, I found a custom puzzle place...
Post by: takncarabizniz on 04 01, 20, 08:20:09:PM
surprised my husband with another puzzle for his shop...his old farm truck!

It sure made up for the sucky day we're having with all this rain and hail!

We just had another hail storm here.  I don't remember the weather being this dark and gloomy last year at this time.  So much for taking Hannah for a walk.

I used to love jigsaw puzzles.  Maybe I'll find some in the attic when I finally get around to opening all the boxes that have moved from place to place with us.  I did find my 21st birthday cards and I'll take one last look before they head for the recycling bin.  Maybe I'll just save one.

I got rid of 99% of my greeting cards...tough to do, but how many times will you look at them again? I took photos of my son's grade school art and was able to unload a ton of paper stuff.

Wow!  I bet that puzzle becomes a family tradition of some kind.  Great idea.

Sunny and 70s here, the air quality is even good.  The TV showing empty beaches and freeways with no traffic hurt me some inside.  I love to drive to the beach on empty freeways.  But they are all closed.  Not even any surfers sneaking in.

Virtual tour of Tulip Town are for tired the normal news, and same TV shows, this link is an article about them.  New owners got hit with the closures, and the rain and dreary you spoke of above.  Fact ordering some bulbs would be nice.  the is a link in the article to their FB or Instant-gram site.

I placed an order with both Tulip Town and Roozengaarde for Fall bulbs and Tulip Town has a genius idea, "what's at stakes"...for $10 you get to put a name on a stake and they take a picture of it and put in their gallery.  I did a bunch!  LOL

The festival was always such a wonderful diversion, but it got to the point where hubby and I would schedule a weekday off work, so we could avoid the huge crowds...

So many places may not survive this shutdown, it's very scary.

Every thing in skagit County will be hurt by the closures.  Restaurants, motels, and all kinds of small business.
My son worked couple of the festivals at Rosszengaarden's.
