about 3 am...only about 5 miles from us...yikes.

Then my brother in Calif texts and says they just had another...yikes, and double yikes.

That's scary.  Has the quake been identified to any fault line up there, takn?  The Ridgecrest earthquake in California is still getting aftershocks.

It was along the South Whidbey line...but if this article is to be believed, we're screwed, LOL...a previously unknown fault?

That's an interesting article.  Who knew there were so many underlying faults.  The first big quake we went through was the Sylmar quake in southern California and we were 13 miles from the epicenter.  Our friends living closer lost their house.  It was picked up and turned!

I sometimes ask myself where the ideal place to live is -no earthquakes/fault lines, hurricanes, tornadoes, wicked weather and if we moved to one of these ideal spots (if there are any) I would probably be run over by a bus in the first month (http://www.aesopsretreat.com/forum/Smileys/classic/huh.gif)

We've had many aftershocks...another one yesterday afternoon.

Crazy.
