Raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour the working poor can use it more than the rich. Pay no Federal Income Tax until $40K a year. Do away with Capital Gains pay it as all Income at the regular Federal rate. The Federal Tax Code is made to make rich people richer and working people poorer.
