Title: soul food Post by: luvtimes on 12 16, 18, 08:40:51:PM went out and got some pork neckbones to practice in the pressure cooker...and I guess you eat them with black eyed peas..that's won't happen..but can put some white potatoes in after it cools for a few.
playing in the kitchen is fun..went online to see how to season... should be ready in a few minutes.. now if I can get corn bread finished at the same time.that would be really nice. smell the onions already. Title: Re: soul food Post by: sunshine on 12 17, 18, 05:42:35:AM Yummy....

Title: Re: soul food Post by: luvtimes on 12 18, 18, 04:31:50:PM I like microwave rice better it's non sticky and perfect...just wash it and put in a glass dish...level water about an inch above the rice and set microwave on 12 minutes at 100 ...perfect rice for stew or stir fry..
you can add oil but I don't.. Title: Re: soul food Post by: sunshine on 12 18, 18, 05:18:45:PM I microwave my rice, too....Uncle Ben's 90 seconds. lol
Title: Re: soul food Post by: luvtimes on 12 18, 18, 06:04:14:PM like playing in the kitchen sometimes...only issue is the clean up...that pressure cooker is so easy to clean.. it's a spoiler...packing it up and put in storage for sure...
