She violated her signed "Non-Disclosure Agreement".  It's a legally binding document.

She is now being sued.

She cannot withstand the legal fees she will require to put up any kind of reasonable fight against her previous
   employer at the Fed Govt.

Even if her book become a Best Seller, ALL of those proceeds and MORE will be spent on her defense.

It won't be long before she is totally BANKRUPT!!!!

She will be SO far in debt that any/all future earnings will used up paying the lawyers.

A year from now, everyone will be asking "Oma WHO? ? ? ?"

these types of non-disclosure agreements are not worth the paper they are printed on.  you cannot stop a person from telling the truth, as long as it does not involve classified info, or incite violence or some other valid reason.  signing such a document does not mean shit.  it is like a business that has a sign that says "not responsible for stolen articles." that sign doesn't mean shit.  if a jury believes they were negligent then they are responsible.  trump is just a silly dickhead, as are all his voters.  this is not a private business of his, it is OUR GOVERNMENT..FUCK HIM AND HIS ATTEMPTS TO SILENCE THE TRUTH. 

He CAN and WILL take her to Court again and again until she's flat BROKE!!!  GUARANTEED!!!

The Senate unanimously passed a resolution Thursday affirming that "the press is not the enemy of the people." The resolution, introduced by Democratic Sen. Brian Schatz of Hawaii, passed by unanimous consent.

President Trump has repeatedly declared that the "fake news" media is the "enemy of the people." 

"Resolved, that the Senate affirms that the press is not the enemy of the people; reaffirms the vital and indispensable role that the free press serves to inform the electorate, uncover the truth, act as a check on the inherent power of the government, further national discourse and debate, and otherwise advance the most basic and cherished democratic norms and freedoms of the United States; and condemns the attacks on the institution of the free press and views efforts to systematically undermine the credibility of the press as an attack on the democratic institutions of the United States...."
