bullshit.  where did it say this girl was separated from her mother?  a person can be the face of a bunch of kids who have been separated without actually being separated.  you can tell from the original picture it is out on the road somewhere and not in a baby cage, so if anyone thought she was GOING to be separated, that would be a reasonable conclusion- given immoral trump's zero tolerance arrest the parents policy..duh.  you stupid ass right wingers are the ones acting like it is that big a deal if she ended up being separated or not, the pain and anquish she was showing just having her mother being treated like a criminal suspect is what the photo showed, and it touched people with a soul, which leaves you out. that is why her picture was used- to show the pain and anguish toddlers and kids feel whenever they are in a stressful situation.  and you really think Time was trying to trick anybody using that picture?  and it proves they are not reliable?  damn, you are incredibly goofy and partisan.  you believe fox and because Time used that picture it is not reliable?  what a dumbass.  did you ever go to school and learn about symbolism and art and all that good stuff? ?

She had a legal/safe remedy for her situation but choose to break the law and put her child in danger to do it.
