13 U.S.C. § 305: (Census – Collection and Publication of Foreign Commerce and Trade Statistics) -Violations, penalties.

 13 U.S.C. § 223: (Census) – Refusal, by owners, proprietors, etc. to assist census employees.

14 U.S.C. § 83: (Coast Guard) – Unauthorized aids to maritime navigation;

15 U.S.C. § 68(d: (Labeling of Wool Products) – Maintenance of records, penalties.

15 U.S.C. § 241: (Standard Barrels) – Penalty for selling lime in unmarked barrels and containers.

16 U.S.C. § 783: (Regulation of Sponges) – punishment for violations of law.

18 U.S.C. § 707: 4-H Club emblem fraudulently used.

18 U.S.C. § 708: (Unlawful use, etc.) – Swiss Confederation Coat of Arms.

18 U.S.C. § 711: (Unlawful use, etc.) – “Smokey Bear” character or name.

Illegal means illegal, illegal applies to any man woman or child that enters American by any means that are not considered a legal entry. Are the democrats and their supporters really that stupid that they don't know the difference!

crimes are not equal.  locking somebody up for walking across a boundary line, or impersonating a 4-H club member, should never result in somebody being put in a cage until their court date. 

Most of us Americans will show up voluntarily for the court hearing.  Most illegal immigrants won't because they will be deported.  Got it?  Good.

the catch and release program of bush and obama called for the immediate deportation of those caught crossing the border, in the act, as it were.  obviously, if these people are not caught actually breaking the law, but are only thought to be illegal, but inside the country, then you cannot remove them until there is a trial.  but the point is, they are still only being charged with a misdemeanor...get it?

It doesn't matter what they are charged with.  If they won't show up for trial, there can be no justice.  Feel free to make one's bail, since you are so saintly.  What better cause can their be?  Of course, he could be caught again some day.  You win some, you lose some.

we must not let anyone impersonate a 4-H member without going to jail. 

If it's the border law, itself, you really have a problem with, then just say so.  Stop beating around the bush.

I think we should build a yuge beautiful wall all along our southern border, not the northern border because that might stop white people from coming in and we need them, costing tens and tens of billions of dollars and then so many more billions maintaining and patrolling, fucking up the environment, making us look like the Fourth Reich, and make Mexico pay for it.  we have to keep Mexico from sending us its people...and not their best- they are sending killers, rapists, hen teasers, and some, I assume, good people..just some, though.

Sure, laugh at those who routinely impersonate 4-H club members, insist they not be jailed, and next thing you know, our whole culture is overrun by people who appear to be 4-H club members, taking away all our best produce picking jobs.  We have to nip it.  Nip it in the bud.  Zero tolerance. 

We need more immigrants from the Swiss Confederation.  Alabama would find a place for white confederates and name a school after them, too.
