It says to scrape, but the pictures seem to indicate using the back of the spoon...hmmmmmm

I know, right?

Why do I find these little annoying inconsistencies in everything?  LOL

Who actually pays attention to a design standard that makes things look backward?  Oh that's right, this girl...LOL

It's probably a better way to check your health than with the doctor, lol.  I went for my 'wellness check' (a yearly recommendation from our health insurance) and it went like this"

Doctor  "Are you Well"

Me:  "Yes"

Doctor:  I used to play with that band over the Park that I saw you watching on Tuesday night.

Next 15 minutes - discussions on music and sharing of cell phone pics.

Then,  Doctor: "Why don't you go over to the lab, they are open at 7am to 8pm every day and we'll check your blood"

Me: "What are you checking for"

Doctor:  "Oh cholesterol etc.  No rush, just fast 12 hours beforehand.  The order is good for 3 months."

I waited about ten days and then got up early and went over to the lab.  No order was in there but the technicians were very nice and said they would draw my blood and then call the Doc's office and find out what they should test it for.  OK.

I went off to California - and no calls left while I was away with results.  I called the Doc's office last week and asked if the Doctor meant that he had 3 months to put the order in.  They didn't get my sarcasm!  Finally I had a letter with printed results that could only be interpreted by a professional, but the accompanying letter said that everything was ok, including kidney and liver!

Maybe as you get older and don't appear to be a moneymaker for the medical profession, they flip you off!!!
