Keep seems to have confused Federal spending and State spending!

California has virtually spent itself into bankruptcy and now needs to exit the union so it can print its own money thereby enabling further unrestrained spending!

California pays huuuuuge amounts of money into the federal government.   that funds the deficits caused by red states.

They spend more to the Federal government than they receive.

You know if the fed would sell off federal land and move military bases, government employees and the poor to other states we could even out federal spending by state.

The Military closes bases and moves equipment and personnel every year!

I think Kansas used to have a naval airbase local, not anymore.

The base is still there. I landed there a few times. Now it is used by the NG.

So local, there really aren't any naval bases in Kansas like you said.
