I was so excited as I had been 2 weeks without it and friends had called and I hadn't been able to answer them. Would you believe that it won't charge over 60% so there must be something wrong with it. Just as we got it all set up. It's a Samsung and apparently going online found out there quite a few having this problem.

I can get the news the time the weather and anything else that I want on the cell phone I'm also keeping the old cell phone and keeping battery charged just in case. Don't like the fact that I don't have a landline but I can get over it. It's just unfortunate that I invested in a lot of computer equipment like fax machines and copiers and printers and a whole lot of other things and it resulted down to nothing such a waste.... I love my new phone but I will have to sort out why it won't charge over 60% and going online I see quite a few people have this problem with the Samsung Note 4. We have Verizon so I will run into town this week and see if they can help or I will have to go through the whole procedure of sending it back and getting another phone. I hate tech problems! So time consuming.
