Of course, with his first thread he was dutifully defending the great bureaucracy as Democrats always instinctively do! The latter thread occurred after his first was exposed as so erroneous that even he couldn't stand by it! Still he defended the bureaucracy by claiming they weren't adequately funded which is laughable!
