Hired other guys to pick up the fence as much as 200.00 would take....
Told them to come again next month for the rest....

I tell you I don't have a state ID to take it to the landfill...a requirement....

I see it now on the side of the road in front of the MLGW monopoly folks...not because I can't pay...just because I pay taxes here and the city should do better...

I truly understand the reason why Memphis is becoming a dump ground or a landfill for trash...

This is really sad guys.  Its really sad...

The sad part about it is I haven't taken the old deck down yet where I wanted to put a patio or enclosure up...

It all takes time and every improvement you make luv will increase the value of your home, so in the future if you find you are disenchanted with the location you can get your money out and try somewhere else.  Buying and fixing up is quite a money making business, I know from experience.
