Obama in Search of a Boogey Man


President Obama has his work cut out for him. Who can he blame for his wretched policies? The Democrats are the face of the federal government these days. They’ve run roughshod over the Constitution to implement their overwhelmingly unpopular policies.

What to do? What to do? Go after anyone with an “R” after their name, that’s what Obama’s trying to do. [....] I’m not sorry to say that it probably won’t work. Sure, it may rile up the kookiest kooks in his base, but the majority of the American people despise his policies. He promised change, and change he delivered. He can talk about ditches (http://www.therightscoop.com/liar-in-chief-were-pushing-the-car-while-republicans-are-sipping-slurpees) all he wants, but most people these days aren’t buying what he’s trying to sell. (Other than the cheering fans at this campaign event for Patty Murray. I wonder how much they were paid to attend.)

Notice how he started to slip into 2008 campaign mode? He almost said “for the past eight years” and then he stopped himself. He and his comrades have controlled DC since 2007. So, just who drove us into the ditch? Sure, there were some Republicans along for the ride, but does anyone believe a lame duck president or the minority party in Congress were at the wheel? The president at the time was busy trying to win a war Obama’s party desperately wanted to lose. There was little political capital left over to fight the left that had taken over Congress.

Whatever. That’s all history now. Now Obama just looks like a cartoon character. An evil cartoon character that’s destroying a republic.
