Loved it!  We had cats for many, many, many years...only gave up our last two when I went back to work full time.  My allergies just couldn't keep up with all their dander and hair.

Love cats and had one that lived to 21, also my big marmalade cat that I had my wedding day picture with.  How is the outside one that adopted you doing, Jim?

I'm still feeding it.   It comes closer to me now, in fact its at the bowl as I'm dishing it out meowing and yelling at me to hurry up. He still reaches toward my hand to bite it. I've yelled at it saying "NO - don't you dare bite me again!" and he backs up then brushes a hug on the planter pot nearby.

He may be trying to give a love bite but don't know how.  Time will tell.

He also gets close to the open door as if he's ready to invite himself in, so I have to block him. He backs up when I say so, he still doesn't trust me just as much as I don't trust him.  I'm still not sure what I will do when winter sets in. But I'm still not sure he doesn't already have a home and just comes here to get the good stuff.  At night time he's nowhere to be found. Even if I call him to toss out a late snack. He doesn't show up until the morning. So, he MAY live nearby for all I know.

I live on a main street, but my house sits in the middle of a double Lot, so we're not that close to the neighbors on either side who also have big lots. I know their name and we wave once in a while, but we barely speak more than twice a year.  Thats why we all have the big lots ... :- )

Cats are smart.  He's probably playing you all but it's nice that you're looking out for him.

I love cats, but I can't finish one in a single meal.

Wait!  I was just kidding!
