This is why SOME liberal women (like Sadie) are called "Feminazi."  They delight in the extermination of humans.  They get upset if a human life is saved.  They desire as many human deaths as possible.

June 24, 2016
A special congressional panel has referred the University of New Mexico and an abortion business nearby for criminal investigation and possible charges following a review triggered by last year’s release of undercover videos investigating Planned Parenthood’s baby body-parts trade.

Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., chairwoman of the House Select Investigative Panel assigned to investigate abortion providers’ medical practices, on Thursday wrote to New Mexico Attorney General Hector Baldera Jr.

The document, nearly 300 pages long, includes evidence the panel discovered regarding the body-parts trade and more involving the school and the Southwestern Women’s Options abortion business located less than a mile away.

The evidence suggests, according to Blackburn’s letter, there were “transfers of value to SWWO from UNM” in the context of “aggressive abortion advocacy.” And the congressional panel is asking for “swift attention to the serious and systematic violations of law committed by the University of New Mexico and Southwestern Women’s Options.”

For example, the letter explained, the panel’s evidence reveals “that the transfer of fetal tissue from SWWO to UNM for research purposes is a systematic violation of New Mexico’s Jonathan Spradling Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.

“These violations occurred as UNM personnel procured fetal tissue from patients at SWWO for research by UNM entities.”

Stunner! Dozens of Planned Parenthood abortion emergencies

Documents that were released by the fire department in St. Louis to settle a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit details nearly five dozen medical emergencies at the city’s Planned Parenthood abortion business, nearly double what had been revealed earlier.

“The information provided to us shows that the situation is far worse than we originally suspected, and proves that the St. Louis Planned Parenthood facility is too dangerous to operate,” said Troy Newman, chief of Operation Rescue, which fought in court for the details.

“It should be shut down immediately.”

OR works actively to monitor the nation’s abortion industry and fight it where it can. In St. Louis the fight was over public records revealing the dozens of medical emergencies at Planned Parenthood for which professional assistance was sought.

“We consider this settlement a victory since we were able to obtain a true listing of medical problems that sent women to the hospital from Planned Parenthood. Since Planned Parenthood receives public tax funding, the public has a right to know that women are being hurt there,” said Newman.

He said the documentation revealed 58 calls for emergency assistance at the abortion business since 2009, including 50 “Urgent Priority 1” calls. Only 31 had been uncovered earlier.

Those would be conditions that threatened a life, he said.

The city’s fire department resisted releasing the public records, and OR pursued a Freedom of Information Act case over the details.

What OR found in the documents that were released to settle the fight, “instead of the 31 expected emergencies that required ambulance transport, the St. Louis Fire Department provided Operation Rescue with a list of 58 medical emergencies, categorized by type of problem and priority level that took place at the Planned Parenthood abortion facility between January 1, 2009, and April 16, 2016.”

Included in the calls were two for abdominal pain, one for allergic reaction, six for fainting, four fall incidents, 23 instances of hemorrhaging, four cases of interfacility emergency, three situations involving a psychiatric or suicidal situation, three seizures and one stroke, among others.

OR reported ambulances were also called for three incidents of serious bleeding, including one during the third trimester of pregnancy, “indicating that late-term abortions are being done at the St. Louis Planned Parenthood.”

“It is possible that not all of the incidents were abortion-related, but it is clear that the vast majority were abortion complications,” said Newman.

Operation Rescue never sought the identities of women who were hospitalized by the Planned Parenthood abortion facility, which was not equipped to handle the numerous complications.

OR said the list did not include a situation that developed just this month, when an abortion patient was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

Mary Maschmeier, chief of the Defenders of the Unborn, said the patient suffered a “botched” abortion one of what OR has long considered the most dangerous abortion businesses in the country.

It is the only Planned Parenthood abortion business in Missouri, and recently came under investigation in the state Senate.

The fight over information about the dangerous situations that developed at Planned Parenthood comes just has multiple court cases, congressional investigations and more are developing over Planned Parenthood’s baby body parts trade. They are a result of an undercover video investigation done by the Center for Medical Progress.

In the first undercover video released by CMP, Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood commented on crushing babies.

“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” she said.

Why...so willing to take away a woman's freedom?

I dislike that a female and a doctor can get away with what is tantamount to murder -- Deliberately cause the demise of another that once had its own complete and distinctive set of DNA like any other human being.

Especially since birth control methods are so readily available. And especially since the womb is specifically designed as safe haven for baby to grow and thrive.

Also, a doctor gives an oath to 'do no harm'. Killing is the ultimate harm.

And there are waiting lines to adopt newborns.

The Supreme Court struck down key provisions in a strict Texas abortion law on June 27 that could have a ripple effect nationwide.

Way to go, SCOTUS! Your ruling today could cause a ripple effect.

Fear not, Texas WILL find another way to shut down abortion clinics (baby-killing centers)!!!!!

What is "draconian" about requiring a hand wash station, a doctor present, and doorways wide enough to accommodate a gurney?

What is not draconian about having to wait 6 months to be told whether or not the State deems you have proven a "need" to own a gun?

D2D and Dan, stop lying to us and to yourselves! A woman's safety wasn't the issue; that was the pretense on which extremist Texas lawmakers based their draconian, anti-abortion legislation. Their primary goal was to circumvent Roe v. Wade and make a woman's right to have a legal abortion as difficult as possible.

In Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt (http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/15pdf/15-274_p8k0.pdf), a group of Texas abortion clinics had challenged the state law that required abortion providers to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital and to perform abortions only in ambulatory surgical centers.

D2D, I didn't fall for that lie and, evidently, the high court didn't either.

"We conclude that neither of these provisions offers medical benefits sufficient to justify the burdens upon access that each imposes."

"Remember the Dredd Dred Scott decision? The SCOTUS was wrong there also."
___duke_john, reply #105

I agree, duke_john. The high court's opinion in Scott v. Sanderford (1857) was bad law and, as a matter of fact, its opinion in Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) was also bad law. The same is true for the following Supreme Court cases:

Bush v. Gore (2000)
District of Columbia v. Heller (2008)
Citizens United v, Federal Election Commission (2010)
Shelby County v. Holder (2013)
Burwell v. Hobby Lobby (2014)

But those cases aren't the issue here, duke_john, and your bringing up the Dred Scott decision is an obvious attempt by you to change the subject by interjecting a red herring into this discussion.  At issue here is the US Supreme Court's striking down the draconian, anti-abortion law that Texas enacted under pretense of safeguarding a woman's health--but, in actuality, enacted with the purpose and intent of infringing upon a woman's constitutionally protected right to have a legal abortion.  Despite what you're implying here, there was certainly nothing wrong with the US Supreme Court's ruling in Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt (2016).
