Title: In hospital
Post by: Jim on 10 26, 15, 01:37:09:AM

Been in hospital since Friday morning after heart attack.  I'm having heart catheterization in the a.m..
I will likely be transfered to another hospital after blockage is found since this Hosp cant do stents unless an emergency.
Just wanted to keep someone up to date (just in case).

Typing off my tablet...

Hope you didn't give the nurses a hard time while not moving for 6 hours after the procedure.  And I double hope you didn't try the old trick of I have a itch?? (http://www.aesopsretreat.com/forum/Smileys/classic/grin.gif)

: D Yes listen to your nurses, Jim. Here's hoping you get nurse Candy and not nurse Ratchet.

The stent is the way to go, if they can.  I had to have open heart surgery.  that was not a whole lot of fun.  Do what the medical folk say.  You'll be OK and up and around soon.  Good luck.

What is it with us old Soldiers and bypass?  I had mine way back in 1998. BTW...did they pull your ticket after your surgery?
