Yeah it won't help much with straw man buyers, gun shows, etc, but it might help with cases such as Newton, and Roseburg. Even that is iffy, the mom's might be in denial. It probably would help most with side and shooting family, which kills more than mass shootings anyway.
I could have helped with the Fort Hood shooter, but then the guy was a psychiatrist, he probably knew all the answers to the questions.

The NRA might support it as it won't hurt gun sales much. It sure doesn't "take guns" or prevent most gun buyers from buying them.

Any time you can offer up some common sense alternatives, it's worth hearing. Isn't Congress supposed to be working TOGETHER?

it still requires government to get involved further into your life

and you know as well as I do only the government can make it worse

nothing will work until the guns are gone

people will not change until the guns are gone

you read it here every day the "they better not fool with me" attitude is too prevalent

If you want good protection you have to put up with it or get compromised. There are just too many hackers out there.
