We hit a low of 32 this weekend...I was hoping to make it to November. So today I cleaned up one area by the house and readied it for winter. Once the annuals bite the dust, I will do that area but holding out to the last minute.

we will too... Saturday and Sunday.... I wasn't even looking at the lows at night we are going to have until your post...

tomorrow I have to finish all that needs to be done to secure the heat in this house...I tell you....

whew....

but the rest of the highs are going to be ok...the night lows well... hope to sleep threw them....

the good news is that it's not going to snow in the next 7 days... and I did go to the dollar store to get some b-12 shots and saw some gloves with flannel installation... how nice is that... one dollar... they will help out a lot when it gets cold and with the new jacket all black... I'm ready to rock and roll...when I do venture out...I did notice a rattle in the engine of the car I just got fixed I will have it checked and take it back cause it didn't rattle when I took it in... he must have not tighten something tight enough...

I don't stay much in the mirror these days... but I did notice my hair is back to a length I can tolerate... and wouldn't you know... it's hat time... oh well...

Last couple of days up in the 70's here.  I'm so glad it's nice as our daughter is with us and we are doing all kinds of outdoors stuff.

She has been planning a hike through the waterfalls at Silver Falls State Park this weekend with some photographer colleagues and the forecast is 100% rain, so I'm really hoping that the forecasters are wrong.

It has been cold here in the mornings too...we saw 37 several mornings and when we get off work, the thick "fog" on the truck has to be squee-gee'd off.  We've had a day of rain, then a day of sun, then a day of rain, lather, rinse, repeat...


Ugh...but it means getting projects done in the house.

I hate being too cold.  JUst think...6 months from now.....
